Together in kind and friendly community, we will settle your body, mind, and spirit for clarity, strength, and rejuvenation. 

Starting with tea and mingling we will acclimatize to this Me-Day in the beautiful gallery setting and outdoor patio sunshine.

Retreat includes:

  • Gentle morning stretch
  • Breaks and healthy snacks
  • Mindfulness and bite-size meditations for peace and energy
  • Guided nature walk through the labyrinth in our field
  • Gentle Hatha Yoga
  • A creative clay-art expression
  • A fun Build Your Own Super-Food Snack activity 
  • A Sound Bath for deep relaxation and inspiration
  • Nutritious and delicious lunch
  • Fun and friendly connections with like-minded people

Why do we need connection?

As humans, we sometimes get in the habit of being too independent, too isolated (even when there are people around us), too withdrawn from our energetic connections with other humans. To thrive as humans, we need energetic connection with people who we can relate to. We need communication and sharing to feel part of something, part of a healthy, supportive community. As women, we also can often slip into giving and serving without taking enough time to fill our energetic cup. 

Let’s fill our cup together, on retreat, to be our best versions of ourselves…for ourselves, 

and then for others.

What is a Sacred Sound Bath?

Many cultures work with singing bowls, drums, rain stick, rain drum, chimes, and more to create streams of healing sounds that are especially useful for deep relaxation. This time spent in contemplation, relaxation, and focused awareness can help you reset, heal, and manifest Divine abundance, love, and light.

Deb’s mission is to shine a light on best practices for healthy, happy, more energized living. As a wellness specialist and mindfulness facilitator, Deb infuses her MYndful Movement offerings with guidance in breath work, movement, sound healing, intention setting, and more. Deb has created The MYndful Movement Program which is now being implemented throughout the education system, and in the corporate world. Her knowledge and understanding has come from more than 20-years of formal teaching in the classroom, self-directed education, Yoga, mindfulness, and mind-body wellness. Deb thrives as she guides and supports people of all ages in bringing more acceptance, compassion, and peace into your home-life, work-life, and school-life.
