The barn gallery and 1827 house and studio is situated on a 12-acre, 20,000-year old valley.

It is a cheerful and welcoming sanctuary from urban life, where those who love art and nature come together to create, learn and grow. The barn gallery hosts unique exhibitions by well-known and emerging artists.

At our half-day retreat, we strive to provide a nurturing and empowering space for Latina women to come together, connect, and reflect. Our mission is to uplift and support Latina women on their personal and professional growth journey.

MYndful Movement: Gentle Yoga, Qigong, Mindfulness


Join our community for a weekly practice in movement of breath, body, and mind for a healthier, happier, more connected life. We’ll braid mindfulness throughout to strengthen positive thought patterns. Beautiful music, a welcoming atmosphere, and social connection are sure to uplift. Beginners will grow in their new experiences. Advanced movers will deepen their practice. All you’ll need to bring is your mat, your water bottle, and your awesome self. No experience required. Everyone welcome!

About the Workshop

This blend of Qi & Yoga brings energy and vitality. The gentle practice of Qigong will strengthen the body and mind from head to toe without pressure or discomfort. Gentle Hatha Yoga will improve mobility while connecting movement to breath for ease and energy.

About Your Instructor

It is in gratitude that Deb Taylor joins the JCHAC team once again to share a MYndful Movement weekly practice with you.  Deb’s mission: to shine a light on best practices of these beneficial mind-body techniques for a healthier, happier life.  Her focus on gentle Hatha Yoga and Qigong, marinated in mindfulness, supports a healthy, inclusive, more mindful community
