A Two-Day Lifestyle Retreat for Health and Happiness and Wholeness, offered by Inspiring Minds Canada, is a transformative experience that focuses on nurturing the mind, body, and promoting overall well-being.
Through practices such as yoga, meditation, chi gong, vision workshops, healthy financial education, sound healing, and empowerment for mental health, participants will embark on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth. The retreat provides a space for individuals to connect with their bodies, reduce stress, and improve their overall well-being through yoga, meditation, and chi gong exercises. Vision workshops allow participants to explore their goals and aspirations, helping them gain clarity and create a clear vision for their future.
In addition, healthy financial education sessions empower individuals with valuable insights and strategies for managing their personal finances, enabling them to make informed financial decisions. Sound healing sessions utilize the power of sound vibrations to promote relaxation, reduce anxiety, and restore balance, contributing to participants’ mental and emotional well-being.
The retreat also emphasizes the importance of mental health by offering activities and discussions that promote self-care, self-awareness, and emotional well-being. This holistic approach highlights the integral role of mental health in personal growth and empowerment. The registration fee covers both days of the retreat and includes lunch. Depending on the number of attendees, we will arrange for catering services. Rest assured, my team of experts will be actively promoting the event on various social media platforms and other relevant channels.

Tracey is a certified Transformational Life Coach with Brave Thinking Institute and a mother of four, she brings a unique perspective and skill set to the coaching profession. With a deep understanding of the demands and rewards of balancing personal and professional responsibilities.

Tracey has designed a 90-day program and a four-week mentorship. to help you uplevel your life through nutrition, fitness, mindset modalities, biohacking the body, and spiritual principles.

Jacqueline LeBeau
Evölve was founded by Jacqueline LeBeau, a Registered Psychotherapist (Q) with a passion for helping others. Jacqueline’s journey in the field of psychology began with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wilfrid Laurier University. She then ventured into the legal field, working in prestigious law firms across Ontario and Vancouver, where she assisted clients in family law and personal injury matters. However, after a decade in the legal industry, Jacqueline felt a calling to return to her true passion and pursue a Masters degree in psychology.

Acclaimed as a Buddhist monk for the modern times by a growing band of admirers, Bhante Saranapala has earned an enviable reputation as a public speaker and a meditation teacher par excellence. Within a short period of time, his scholarly lectures expounding the Teaching of the Buddha and mindfulness and Vipassana meditation began to attract the attention of the university academic circles and the Inter-faith community of Canada. Bhante Saranapala soon became a popular guest speaker at many prestigious parleys. In 2004, he was invited to address the parliamentarians in Ottawa. In 2005 September, he was accorded the honor of officiating on behalf of all religious denominations at the induction ceremonies connected with the Order of Ontario Awards in the Ontario Legislature.
Bhante Saranapala is a recipient of Spirit Award from the Government of Ontario for his humanitarian services. John Tan
John Tan is a gifted healer who has been involved in the Spiritual Healing Mind/Body/Spirit for over twenty years and very passionate about changing people’s lives. John comes from a family of Healers, and Business Entrepreneurs. He was influenced by Eastern teachings and esoteric practices, since he was nine years old. He is a member of the Theosophical Society, a Free Mason, a Rosicrucian and a graduate of The Silva Mind Method Technique. He is a Usui Reiki Master/Teacher and a Spiritual Architect Consultant Group Facilitator, meditation instructor, and paranormal investigator.
After a successful career with the Government of Manitoba, working as the Program Director for First Nation for five years and a career as a Financial Advisor and owned a Financial Brokerage firm for ten years in Winnipeg and Toronto, John made the decision to follow his passion and teach what he learned from the Mind/Body/Spirit.
John also created a program for stress management for a hospital that has been featured in MacLean’s magazine. John is the founder of Inspiring Minds Canada. John has studied the teachings of two of the great World Teachers of our time. Jiddu Krishnamurti called, “The Buddha of the Century and Paramahansa Yogananda, an Eastern Avatar, who brought Yoga to the West to spread the teachings of Kriya Yoga” John is the midst of finishing his book “Spiritual Architect.”
