Location: Joshua Creek Heritage Art Centre

We are bombarded with all sorts of energy – externally and internal triggers. We will learn ritual practices for cleansing our personal spaces and auras in this workshop. Activities include the creation of custom smoke bundles using collected herbs such as lavender (in bloom) and other plants from the farm. The day will also include an aura cleansing meditation and yoga practice. More details of what to bring will be sent closer to event.
