Join our community for a weekly practice in movement of breath, body, and mind for a healthier, happier, more connected life. We’ll braid mindfulness throughout to strengthen positive thought patterns. Beautiful music, a welcoming atmosphere, and social connection are sure to uplift. Beginners will grow in their new experiences. Advanced movers will deepen their practice. All you’ll need to bring is your mat, your water bottle, and your awesome self. No experience required.
