GENTLE YOGA, QIGONG, MINDFULNESS FOR ALL AGES
Join our community for a weekly practice in movement of breath, body, and mind for a healthier, happier, more connected life. This blend of Qi & Yoga brings energy and vitality. The gentle practice of Qigong will strengthen the body and mind from head to toe without pressure or discomfort. Gentle Hatha Yoga will improve mobility while connecting movement to breath for ease and energy. We’ll braid mindfulness throughout to strengthen positive thought patterns. Beautiful music, a welcoming atmosphere, and social connection are sure to uplift. Beginners will grow in their new experiences. Advanced movers will deepen their practice. All you’ll need to bring is your mat, your water bottle, and your awesome self. No experience required. Everyone welcome!
