Flourishing Skills Group®

The Flourishing Skills Group® Program is an intimate and heart-centered journey in uncovering and practicing the science of positive psychology. It is an 8-week group experience with a small community (6-10 people) of like-minded and like-hearted people. Participants gather with certified Flourishing Skills Group® facilitator, Brenda Jasmin, to learn about positive psychology tools and strategies that they can use to help themselves be happier, healthier and more resilient. Participants get to put the skills into practice each week in a fun and supportive learning environment.

The program covers key positive psychology tools and strategies for creating greater happiness and well-being. The group meets for 2-hours per week and focuses on building mindfulness, learning new skills and having the time and space to practice the skills. People that participate in this program describe it as a breath of fresh air and an act of self-care that they give themselves each week. The Flourishing Skills Group® Model is a unique, research based approach that’s tailored to help people decrease stress and increase their happiness & well-being in a nurturing and supportive environment.
