Deb T and Bani Aello are both certified elementary and high school teachers with decades of experience in educating people of ALL ages in finding peace and calm in stressful times.

Conscious awareness to think more positively is a skill to be practiced. Learning some simple and effective tools will bring elevated emotion to your life and a healthier outlook. We’ll practice these together for your first-hand experience in feeling better.

We all know life can be stressful and sometimes overwhelming.

Mindfulness, Yoga and Nutrition Education all have an important part of our whole body Health. Let’s learn and practice good habits together at this full day event to move through our lives with more ease and joy.

6. Pranyama breathing to improve various systems including the lymphatic and digestive systems.

7. Lowers stress hormone secretion such as cortisol which causes stiffness in joints and high acidity levels, for improved PH balance and more fluid ROM in joints.

8. Stretching improves flexibility for improved ROM

9. Communication with one’s body for a Body-Mind connection which promotes healthier choices in activity, nutrition and mindfulness.

10. Reduction in tension and general stress. Often times: reduced negative mood = reduced pain
