This gentle movement class will be great for anyone who is looking for a gentle stretch and tone.
Those who would like to get into mindful, physical movements with injuries or stiffness to consider will love this class.


Those who want more mindfulness practice and stress management in their lives, you’ll leave the class feeling great.




Deb Taylor is an experienced Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor and Nutrition Specialist. She has over a decade of training with sport’s medicine doctors and physiotherapists to help heal and strengthen the body while calming the mind.


Mindful Movement includes: basic physiotherapy exercises, gentle stretch, gentle toning and gentle strengthening movements to support your full body and strong mind.


Nutritional Coaching will support your new movement practice for a healthier you!
