Body & Mind – Hatha Yoga

Whether you’re not quite sure what a Downward Dog is or you are an avid Yogi, you will feel energized and strong as we show grace to the body and acceptance to self. This Hatha Yoga practice will have all the ingredients for the making of a healthy and mindful springtime, including mindful breathing, gentle movements to elongate and tone the body, and positive intention setting to stay true to you.

These paced yet powerful classes consist of elements of yoga used to ease the mind, uplift the spirit and challenge the body through a practice that will focus on breath, posture and alternative movements. Beginners to advanced yogis will love building strength. Weekly inspirational topics will guide you through a practice that will help to ease everyday stress and anxiety.

Please bring your yoga mat and comfortable clothing to enjoy evenings with like-minded people working toward their health and wellness.
