We know Tuscany is the most popular Italian region and many of you probably tasted the great food of Tuscany, so Massimo will try his best to recreate a Tuscan experience like no other.
You will enjoy many great dishes, including, homemade Focaccia bread (not a Tuscan dish but it’s a must in Massimo’s dinner), Artisanal Prosciutto and Culatello with Fresh Figs, Insalata Panzanella (Rustic bread salad), Chicken Liver Crostini, Sedani Ripieni (stuffed celery with veal and parmigiano), homemade Pappardelle with Porcini Mushroom Ragout, Seasalt Crusted Branzino, Florentine Style steak, Grilled Zucchinii and Tiramisu
